Limited Component Warranty
Moment Industries does carry a common sense warranty. If you crash into a tree, and send us a product back and tell us that you got it like this, well, we’re smarter than that. But we are glad to work with you if something happens, because things do happen.
If there is a problem with what you bought, Moment has a 2-year warranty policy on everything that we sell starting on the date of the sale and applies to the original owner. Please either return the component to the original dealer that the item was purchased from, or return it directly to us with a copy of the sales receipt. In the event that you live in a country where we don’t have distribution, we will only honor the warranty directly with the consumer for those that bought components directly from us, or from the shop that bought the component.
Limited No-Fault Replacement
Moment Industries will make replacement parts available to the original owner at a minimal charge in the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
