General Terms & Conditions
These terms regulates all users of Moment-Industries.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Moment and visits to Moment-Industries.com. Momenet reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping yourself updated with such changes.
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Moment Industries web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
Moment cannot warrant that the content of Moment Industries is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Moment may at any time change the content of the site.
Though Moment's strife to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through Moment-Industries.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Moment act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Moment cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. Moment cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.
All personal information saved at Moment-Industries.com will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Moment.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. POC makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.
Moment may contain links to other websites beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for content or privacy policies of such sites.
We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
Payment & Prices
We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal-balance directly, and your payment details are never shared with the merchants.
Exchanges and refunds
You can return your order within 14 days upon delivery. The order must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice and package. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Moment cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Moment. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Moment will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.
For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described Moment instructions, which can be found at the back of your invoice. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in California, within 2 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability, up to 7 days during sale). We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.
When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
Collecting International Orders
International orders are shipped with UPS. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers ususally operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
We deliver to the following countries:
We only ship to contries within EU. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
Violation of rules
Moment reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.
Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeur, Moment’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Momenet can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Moment. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. Moment will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
