All orders are processed within two business days at Moment's warehouse in California. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
We accept these credit and debits cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by Moment. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch. All transaction on POCsports.com are processed using DIBS, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. POC makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal- balance directly, and your payment details are never shared with the merchants.
Returns & Exchanges
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items. The order must be returned to us in perfect condition in original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Moment cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Moment will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. You will find an attached Return Form within in the order package which has to be filled out. Remember to state your order number. Also clarify which items you are sending back.
